市场竞争逐步由以产品为中心转向以客户为中心,客户是否满意以及满意的程度已经成为企业竞争的一个风向标,谁拥有满意度高的更多的客户,谁就能主导市场,所以衡量客户满意度已经成为企业在市场上竞争的迫切需求。本文以CM公司为例,对客户满意度进行了调查研究,分析了该公司在客户满意度方面遇到的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。
