以 600 MW 汽轮机高压转子为对象,以有限元法的手段,通过滑参数停机及其后的自然冷却过程的计算得出强制冷却初始温度场,在几种典型的空气温度分段曲线下计算出高压转子热应力,为强制冷却实验设计提供依据.介绍计算模型的选取、网格的划分及边界条件的确定.
Taking the 600 MW steam turbine high-pressure rotor as an example, the finite element method is used to calculate the initial forced cooling temperature field by means of sliding parameter shutdown and the subsequent natural cooling process. The thermal stress of the high-pressure rotor provides the basis for the experimental design of forced cooling.The selection of calculation model, the division of the grid and the determination of the boundary conditions are introduced.
