目的通过蛋白质芯片寻找少精症患者精浆中特异性生物标志物。方法用蛋白质芯片(SELDI-TOF-MS)对20例少精症患者和20例已育正常男性精浆标本进行检测,比较两者间蛋白质谱表达差异。结果在SAX2蛋白质芯片上,少精症患者精浆较正常男性精浆蛋白质谱相比有1处蛋白质峰明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检测发现其分子量16 751.6Da。结论少精症患者精浆中特异性蛋白质的发现,对探究由少精症引起的男性不育机理及其临床筛查皆具重要意义。
Objective To search for specific biomarkers in seminal plasma of patients with oligospermia by protein chip. Methods SELDI-TOF-MS was used to detect the seminal plasma in 20 patients with oligozoospermia and 20 healthy male subjects. The differences of protein expression between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with normal male seminal plasma protein spectrum, there was a significant increase in protein peak in SAX2 protein chip (P <0.05). The molecular weight of the sample was 16 751.6 Da. Conclusion The discovery of specific proteins in seminal plasma of patients with oligospermia is of great importance in exploring the mechanism of male infertility caused by oligospermia and its clinical screening.
