本文对一种具有近似等速特性的滑块机构提出了优化设计的数学模型。该数学模型采用滑块速度的均方差作为目标函数,利用无约束最优化的 Powell 法来求解。以文献的机构为例,作者进行了计算,最后在709机上获得结果。按本文方案所设计的机构和文献的推荐方案相比较,则在速度的均匀程度方面将具有更好的条件。有效动程内最大速度与最小速度的差值只是平均速度的0.79%,速度差值的平方和只有0.000011。
In this paper, a mathematical model of optimal design is proposed for a kind of slider mechanism with approximately equal speed characteristics. The mathematical model uses the mean square error of the slider velocity as the objective function and is solved by the Powell method with unconstrained optimization. In the case of the literature organization, the author calculated and finally got the result on the 709 machine. According to the program designed by this program and the literature recommended programs compared to the speed uniformity will have better conditions. The difference between the maximum speed and the minimum speed in the effective range is only 0.79% of the average speed, and the sum of the squared speed differences is only 0.000011.
