目的探索定痫丸制备工艺数据,解决生产中常见裂丸、色差、脱屑等问题。方法分别采用“潮盖面”、“干盖面”等工艺对素丸进行包衣,并控制晾干时间、干燥温度、干燥时间。结果采用“干盖面”包衣办法,晾干时间2～3h,干燥温度45℃,干燥时间17.5h,定痫丸中含水量即可控制在9%以下,解决了生产中常见裂丸、色差、脱屑等问题。结论数据可为定痫丸工艺提供一些参考。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preparation process data of Dingxian Pills and solve the common problems such as cracking, color difference and desquamation in the production. Methods The technique of using “tide cover surface”, “dry cover surface” and so on were used to coat the plain pills and control the drying time, drying temperature and drying time. The results using “dry cover surface ” coating method, drying time 2 ~ 3h, drying temperature 45 ℃, drying time 17.5h, epididymal pill water content can be controlled below 9%, to solve the production of common crack Pills, color, scaling and other issues. Conclusion The data can provide some reference for epidural pill technology.
