社会经济能够得以不断发展,在很大程度上,是由能源推动的。近些年,工业科技发展迅猛,世界各国对能源的需求不断加大,然而,由于能源的有限性,出现了供不应求的现象。目前,中国经济日趋增长,能源需求量也日益增加,解决能源问题将有利于中国社会的发展。换热器便是对能量加以转换的有效设备,能起到高效节能的作用。为了加深对换热器传热及阻力性能形成机理的了解,本文以板式换热器为研究对象,首先介绍了板式换热器的结构,其次对其特性及应用进行详细分析,再次阐述了板式换热器的传热及阻力特性,最后得出结论,便于后期对换热器的研究。
Socio-economic development can be sustained, to a large extent, by energy. In recent years, with the rapid development of industrial technology, the demand for energy in various countries in the world has been constantly increasing. However, due to the limited energy resources, there is a shortage of energy. At present, China’s economy is growing day by day with increasing energy demand. To solve the energy issue will be conducive to the development of Chinese society. Heat exchanger is an effective conversion of energy equipment, can play a highly efficient energy-saving effect. In order to deepen the understanding of the formation mechanism of the heat transfer and resistance performance of the heat exchanger, this paper takes the plate heat exchanger as the research object. Firstly, the structure of the plate heat exchanger is introduced. Secondly, the characteristics and applications of the plate heat exchanger are analyzed in detail. Heat exchanger and heat transfer characteristics of the resistance, the final conclusion, to facilitate the late heat exchanger.
