采用盐酸两段浸出氧化铝赤泥中的钒,钒浸出率达97.96%;二段浸出液经蒸发浓缩及净化除杂后,采用100%醋酸戊酯进行三级萃取,钒萃取率达到95.67%;对负载有机相采用10%NH4OH进行三级逆流反萃,钒反萃率达到97.23%;反萃水相经铵盐沉淀、热分解等工序后,得到纯度为98.50%的V2O5产品,钒总回收率为82.69%。
