随着事业单位逐步推行绩效工资制度,高等院校对工资制度也将进行一系列的改革,其中最重要的就是推行岗位工资制,由于学校的特殊性,在实行岗位工资的过程中,不免会出现一些问题。本文从岗位工资制的设计出发,以某高校为例,说明高校在实行岗位工资过程中一些容易出现的问题,并提出了相关的对策和建议。
