针对国内某锡石硫化物矿床,应用同位素源X荧光分析技术,测定了多金属共生矿矿床中的原矿锡(边界品位~0.1%;平均品位~0.57%)。在矿床范围内主金属有:锡、锌、铁、铅、锑、砷;稀散元素有:铟、镉、硒、锗、碲。矿种多,基体元素复杂,给克服基体效应增添了困难。 使用英制NE-5017型单道便携式同位素源X荧光仪,就无底柱分段崩落采矿法所生成的炮堆粉样,研究成功一种克服基体效应的特散一步平衡法。该方法对泥灰岩中锡的测定范围,由边界品位0.1%到最高原矿含量
Aiming at a domestic Cassiterite deposit, isotopic X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the crude tin (boundary grade ~ 0.1%; average grade ~ 0.57%) in the polymetallic symbiotic ore deposit. The main metals in the deposit range: tin, zinc, iron, lead, antimony, arsenic; scattered elements are: indium, cadmium, selenium, germanium, tellurium. More minerals, matrix elements are complex, to overcome the matrix effect added to the difficulties. Using the single-channel portable isotope source X-ray fluorescence spectrometer NE-5017, a special step-by-step equilibrium method to overcome the matrix effect was successfully studied. The method for the determination of tin in marl range from the boundary grade of 0.1% to the highest ore content
