目的:建立原子吸收法间接测定芒果苷含量的新方法。方法:利用碱性环境中,芒果苷可与Sr2+反应生成棕色沉淀的原理,采用原子吸收法间接测定芒果苷含量。以样品溶液中剩余Sr2+为考察指标,考察了温度、时间、p H及沉淀剂用量对反应的影响。在此基础上,进行了方法学考察。结果:沉淀反应宜在质量浓度为1.395 g·L-1无水氯化锶溶液1 m L,40℃,p H为9.0的条件下反应20 min。该方法线性范围为2.11~59.95 mg·L-1,检出限为0.25 mg·L-1,加样回收率为96.74%,RSD 1.1%。稳定性、精密度和重复性良好。结论:建立的方法易于操作,线性范围宽,快速省时,可用于测定二母宁嗽丸中芒果苷含量。
Objective: To establish a new method of indirect determination of mangiferin by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Based on the principle that mangiferin could react with Sr2 + to form brown precipitate in alkaline environment, the content of mangiferin was determined indirectly by atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of temperature, time, p H and the amount of precipitating agent on the reaction was investigated with Sr2 + remaining in the sample solution. On this basis, conducted a methodological study. Results: The reaction was preferably carried out for 1 min at a concentration of 1.395 g · L-1 anhydrous strontium chloride solution at 40 ℃ and p H of 9.0 for 20 min. The linear range of this method was 2.11 ~ 59.95 mg · L-1 with the detection limit of 0.25 mg · L-1. The recovery rate was 96.74% and the RSD was 1.1%. Stability, precision and repeatability are good. Conclusion: The established method is easy to operate with wide linear range and fast time-saving. It can be used to determine the content of mangiferin in Ermu Ningfei pill.
