Objective To investigate the screening of obese metabolic syndrome in children and the effect of dietary fiber intervention. Methods 100 children with obesity metabolic syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. 100 healthy children were enrolled in the study. The changes of waist circumference, high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) Triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and other clinical indicators; children with obesity metabolic syndrome were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table Group of 50 cases. The observation group was treated with dietary fiber. The control group was given routine diet intervention only. The intervention group was given intervention for 3 months. The changes of waist circumference, HDL-C, TG, FBG, TC, diastolic blood pressure, Pressure and other clinical indicators. Results The clinical indicators such as waist circumference, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in children with obesity metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than those in healthy children, while the levels of HDL-C were significantly lower than those in healthy children There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The clinical indexes such as waist circumference, TG, FBG, TC, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dietary fiber intervention and screening in children with obesity metabolic syndrome can improve children’s blood glucose, blood lipids and blood pressure levels with definite effect and worthy of clinical application.
