通过对前人关于人力资源管理人员胜任特征研究的回顾,运用行为事件访谈法,本研究对选取的两名重庆地区人力资源经理进行访谈和数据分析,得出重庆地区人力资源经理的10项胜任特征要素,分别是:人际沟通力(IU)、主动性(INT)、冲击与影响(IMP)、自信(SCF)、自我控制(SCT)、团队领导(TL)、团队合作(TW)、培养他人(DEV)、概念式思考(CT)、分析式思考(AT)。
Through reviewing predecessors’ researches on the competency characteristics of human resource management personnel and using behavioral event interviewing method, this study interviewed and selected two selected human resource managers in Chongqing to obtain 10 competencies of human resource managers in Chongqing Characteristic elements are: IU, INT, IMP, SCF, SCT, TL, Teamwork (TW), training DEV, Conceptual Thinking (CT), Analytical Thinking (AT).
