基于橡胶混凝土的改性剂研究,研究了橡胶在0%、5%、10%、15%和20%五种掺量下,丁苯胶乳掺量为胶凝材料质量的5%时对橡胶混凝土的改性效果和作用机理。通过基本力学性能试验测试和分析表明,胶乳由于其特殊的物理和化学性能,在有机材料和无机材料间形成化学键从而提高橡胶与水泥基材料的粘结强度,并填充混凝土内部孔隙,改善了橡胶混凝土因橡胶掺加混凝土强度下降和裂缝开展过大等不利影响。胶乳掺加后橡胶混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉以及抗折强度都有一定的增长。橡胶混凝土力学性能与橡胶粒径大小有关,等体积橡胶掺量橡胶粒径越小混凝土强度损失更大,但韧性和改性效果越好。
