本研究以手机电视为例,借助媒介化(mediatization)等相关概念,跳脱效果研究的主流脉络,反思科技命定论将媒介化约为单一技术的既有视角,把媒介研究转至媒介本身及其场域,旨在探讨媒介与其他社会建制如何在场域之内产生相互交葛、竞争等互动,研究媒介与社会的接合过程。
Taking mobile TV as an example, this study uses the concepts of mediatization and other related concepts to jump off the mainstream of research on effects and reflect on the determinants of science and technology. The theory of science and technology defines the media as an existing perspective of a single technology and transfers media research to the media itself Its field aims to explore how media and other social systems can generate interaction and competition within the field and study the engagement process between media and society.
