本研究以贵州省黔南民族地区8所幼儿园为调查对象,对教师利用社区资源开展民族文化教育的现状进行调查,结果发现,大多数教师认同社区资源对民族文化教育具有推动价值这一观念。但目前幼儿园在开展民族文化教育时对社区资源的利用却非常有限。研究者深入分析其中的原因,认为这与教师的安全顾虑、活动的费时费力、经费和支持的相对缺乏等有关。据此,研究者提出了相应的改进建议。
In this study, 8 kindergartens in Qiannan minority area of Guizhou Province were selected as the research objects to investigate the current situation of teachers using community resources to carry out ethnic culture education. The results showed that most teachers agree that community resources have the promotion value to ethnic culture education. However, the use of community resources by kindergartens is very limited when they carry out education on ethnic cultures. Researchers have in-depth analysis of the reasons that this is related to teachers’ safety concerns, time-consuming activities, lack of funding and support. Accordingly, the researcher put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion.
