用溶胶—凝胶(Sol—Gel)法制备出反铁电锆酸铅.在制备过程中.只采用一种金属组分的醇化物,即乙醇锆,另一种金属组分采用其一般盐类,即乙酸铅为原料.制得的干凝胶.在550℃焙烧即生成单一晶相锆酸铅.常温下,将焙烧的粉末压片,在1100℃烧结后,测得其体积密度为8.0g/cm~3,为理论值的98.8%.高温烧结样品与低温烧结样品的色泽基本相同.实验表明溶胶—凝胶法制备,组分间反应活性高,高温稳定性较好.
Anti-ferroelectric lead zirconate was prepared by sol-gel method. In the process of preparation, only one kind of alcoholates of metal components, namely zirconium ethoxide, was used, and the other metal component used its general salt Class, that is, lead acetate as raw material. The resulting xerogel roasted at 550 ℃ to generate a single crystal phase lead zirconate. At room temperature, the roasted powder tablet, sintered at 1100 ℃, the measured bulk density of 8.0g / cm ~ 3, which is 98.8% of the theoretical value.High temperature sintered samples have the same color as the low temperature sintered samples.Experiments show that the sol-gel method has high reactivity between components and high temperature stability.
