目的了解家用冰箱微生物污染现状,为做好日常生活卫生管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检验的方法,对北京市部分家庭使用中的冰箱微生物污染状况进行检测与分析。结果经对30台家用冰箱冷藏室表面采样检测,细菌总数检出范围为25~1.25×108cfu/100cm~2,真菌和霉菌总数范围为<5~8.75×105cfu/100cm~2。结论家用冰箱冷藏室内部微生物污染较为严重,存在安全隐患,需采取适当措施,减少冰箱的微生物污染。
Objective To understand the status quo of microbial pollution in domestic refrigerators and provide a reference for health management in daily life. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative testing were used to detect and analyze the microbial contamination of refrigerators in some households in Beijing. Results The total number of bacteria was detected in 25 ~ 1.25 × 108cfu / 100cm ~ 2 samples, and the total number of fungi and molds was in the range of 5 ~ 8.75 × 105cfu / 100cm ~ 2. Conclusion The microbial contamination in domestic refrigerator is more serious and there are potential safety problems. Appropriate measures should be taken to reduce the microbial contamination of the refrigerator.
