刚性陶瓷隔热瓦涂层是隔热结构热防护系统的重要组成部分,涂层的基本要求是要与隔热瓦相匹配,提供必要的防水、抗冲击、抗热震性能。作为高温热防护系统的关键材料,涂层的耐高温性能尤其重要。辐射性和催化性能是涂层的两个重要表面性质,对涂层的耐高温性能有重要影响。综述了刚性陶瓷隔热瓦涂层的发展以及我国的研究现状,未来的涂层应具有高辐射和低催化的表面性能,以耐受更为复杂苛刻的使用环境。
Rigid ceramic insulation tile coating is an important part of thermal insulation system thermal protection system, the basic requirements of the coating is to match with the insulation tile, providing the necessary waterproof, impact and thermal shock resistance. As a key material for high-temperature thermal protection systems, the high-temperature properties of coatings are of particular importance. Radiation and catalytic properties are two important surface properties of the coating, the coating has a significant impact on the high temperature performance. In this paper, the development of rigid ceramic insulation tile coating and its research status in China are reviewed. Future coatings should have high radiation and low catalytic surface properties to withstand the more complicated and harsh environment.
