采有流式细胞仪分别对米非司酮、双炔失碳酯(AF53)和三苯氧胺(TMX)在人早孕绒毛滋养层细胞周期动力学方面的影响进行分析。结果发现早孕妇女服用米非司酮后G0+G1期细胞百分数明显增加(P=0.007),G2+M期明显降低(P=0.042);AF53和TMX各自单独应用时对绒毛滋养层细胞周期动力学无明显影响(P>0.05),而两药合用时,引起G2+M期细胞的增加,且两药有协同作用(P交互<0.01)。根据三种药物在细胞周期作用位点的不同,从细胞学方面为我们提供了米非司酮、AF53和TMX合用配伍抗早孕的可能性。
Flow cytometry was used to analyze the effects of mifepristone, anordrin (AF53) and tamoxifen (TMX) on the cell cycle dynamics of human trophoblast cells in early pregnancy. The results showed that the percentages of cells in G0 + G1 phase increased significantly (P = 0.007) and the G2 + M phase decreased significantly (P = 0.042) after taking mifepristone in pregnant women. The effect of AF53 and TMX on the cell cycle motility (P> 0.05). However, the combination of the two drugs caused an increase of G2 + M phase cells with synergistic effect (P <0.01). According to the three drugs in the cell cycle of different sites, from cytology to provide us with mifepristone, AF53 and TMX combined with the possibility of anti-pregnancy.
