2009年暑假,我校政教处和教务处组织教师对初一新生进行了一次学前家访,主要是对新生的家庭环境、学习环境有一个初步了解,然后形成一份调查报告,便于入学后班主任的教育与管理。这项举措站在校领导的角度上,其作用不仅在于便于班主任的管理,而且也向社会展示了我们学校人性化的一面。我有幸参加了这次家访,在家访的过程中,我认真向家长了解了学生在家的学习状况以及家长的教育到位情况,并做了详细的记载,最后学校根据家访的记载形成了一份数据报告,班主任依据报告对班上学生的情况有了一个整体地把握。
In the summer of 2009, our school’s teachers’ and children’s education department and the Academic Affairs Office organized teachers to conduct a pre-school visit to the freshmen. The primary purpose is to have a preliminary understanding of the newborn’s family environment and learning environment, and then form a survey report to facilitate post-admission teacher Education and Management. I was fortunate enough to attend this home visit. During the home visit, I conscientiously informed the parents about the learning situation at home and the education of parents. I made a detailed record.
