目的掌握北京市昌平区8~10岁儿童的碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取昌平区东、西、南、北、中5个方位所在镇的8~10岁儿童共5 284名,用改进的酸消化砷-铈接触法进行尿碘测定。结果昌平区5 284名8~10岁儿童的尿碘中位数为208.8μg/L。结论昌平区学龄儿童碘营养状况一直处于适宜水平,昌平区已经实现了消除碘缺乏病的目标。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 ~ 10 in Changping District of Beijing, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods A total of 5 284 children aged 8 to 10 were randomly selected from the towns of East, West, South, North and Central of Changping District. Urinary iodine was determined with a modified acid-arsenic-cerium contact method. Results The median urinary iodine of 5 284 children aged 8-10 years in Changping District was 208.8 μg / L. Conclusion The iodine nutrition status of school-age children in Changping District has been at an appropriate level. The goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders has been achieved in Changping District.
