三维CT成像技术在涎腺造影术中的应用尚未见国内外有关文献报道。作者从94年始,对5例涎腺疾病患者进行了涎腺造影,并进行三维CT重建成像,三维CT成像在涎腺疾病诊断中,通过腺体导管注入造影剂,表面显示法就可直接提取腺体组织,立体地显示了腺体组织的外形、大小及其与周围组织的关系,多形性腺瘤对腺体组织的直接压迫引起腺体组织的缺损,但其边缘光整。腮腺结核对腺体组织的影响似呈珊瑚状。此外,通过切割方法还可以清楚显示腺体导管的长短,粗细以及有无充盈缺损等。
