盾构到达是盾构隧道施工中的事故多发阶段,合理选择端头土体的加固方式是保证盾构到达施工非常重要的环节。归纳了盾构隧道端头常用的土体加固方式,结合南京地铁某车站东端头盾构到达工程,介绍了该工程盾构到达端头补充加固方案,提出了该方案下的加固工艺及应急预案。研究表明:为确保盾构到达的安全,在原端头加固方式的基础上,可将加固区纵向加固长度补充加长到11.5m,以保证盾构机在破除洞门前脱出盾尾的管片已经进入加固区。
