了解初任教师的专业发展,必须将其还原到特定的文化情境中去考察。文化是教师精神力量的核心,其对教师专业发展的影响是持久与深远的。文化规约是初任教师发展的深层力量,只有具备文化的深层次支持,才能触及初任教师专业发展的内核;文化适应是初任教师专业发展的必然选择,是其生存下去的关键;文化自觉对于初任教师反思自身的文化处境以及发展现状、发展过程,反思自身的文化责任与文化选择起着重要的作用,是促进初任教师专业发展的有效路径。
To understand the professional development of first-time teachers, we must restore it to a specific cultural context to examine. Culture is the core of teachers ’spiritual power. Its influence on teachers’ professional development is lasting and far-reaching. Cultural regulation is the deep force for the development of new teachers. Only with the deep support of culture can we reach the core of the new teachers’ professional development. Cultural adaptation is the inevitable choice for the professional development of new teachers and the key to their survival. Reflecting on their own cultural situation and development status quo, development process, to reflect on their own cultural responsibilities and cultural choices play an important role, is to promote early professional development of teachers an effective path.
