目的 观察血液透析(HD)护理中应用心理护理对提高患者舒适度的临床效果.方法 选取我院2018年1月至2020年1月行常规护理的HD患者50例为对照组,再选取同期增加心理护理的HD患者50例为观察组,对比观察两组患者舒适度、并发症发生率、焦虑及抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度.结果 观察组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑及抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 HD护理中应用心理护理能够减少患者不良情绪产生,提高患者治疗效果,值得临床推广.
