目的 建立基本模拟临床发病过程的牙髓炎症疼痛模型。方法 细菌内毒素诱导大鼠牙髓形成牙髓炎,热刺激诱发炎症性牙髓疼痛发作。结果 封内毒素后24 小时可见典型牙髓炎的病理表现,热刺激能诱导大鼠出现明显疼痛反应。结论 本实验建立的牙髓炎疼痛模型可应用于牙髓炎疼痛的病理生理研究。 Objective To establish a model of pulpitis pain that simulates the clinical course of onset. Methods Bacterial endotoxin induced the formation of pulpitis in rat dental pulp, and thermal stimulation induced the onset of inflammatory pulp pain. Results The pathological findings of typical pulpitis were observed 24 hours after the endotoxin was sealed, and the obvious pain reaction was induced in rats by heat stimulation. Conclusion The model of pulpitis pain established in this study can be applied to the pathophysiology of pulpitis pain.
