中国宇航出版社隶属中国航天科技集团公司,是应我国航天事业发展要求而成立的中央级科技出版社。前一段时期,该社曾经历过三次整顿,发展速度缓慢。“十五”期间,该社在新任社长邓宁丰带领下, 迅速崛起。他们大胆改革,完善管理制度, 建立市场化的用人机制,培养了相对成熟的出版队伍。他们立足市场,认真分析市场动态,培育了较为稳定的图书板块,选题结构得到优化,图书质量逐年提升,出版规模稳步加大,员工待遇成倍增长,社会效益和经济效益显著提高。一个中小型的科技出版社,如何走出困境,依靠自身的力量迅速发展,“十一五”该社又有何新打算,记者日前采访了中国宇航出版社社长邓宁丰。
China Aerospace Press, a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, is a central-level science and technology publishing house set up at the request of China’s space development. In the previous period, the agency had undergone three rectifications and its pace of development was slow. During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, the club was rapidly emerging under the leadership of its new president, Dunning.
