This is the manuscript of Mao Zedong’s address to the party school of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on August 22, 1938, except for the contents disclosed in the “Chronicle of Mao Zedong (1893-1949)”, the full text of which was first published publicly. The original title is “to be a student, to be a teacher, to be a leader in war”. The original manuscript is still marked with “both references”.
