随着城市化的推进,历史遗留污染场地进入居民的生活圈,对周围居民产生了潜在的环境威胁和健康风险。《土十条》的出台无疑为历史遗留污染场地的修复提供了新的机遇,未来政府作为历史遗留污染场地修复的主体要进一步探讨模式选择、规划、资金、公众参与方面。
With the advance of urbanization, contaminated sites left over from history have entered the living area of residents, posing potential environmental threats and health risks to surrounding residents. The promulgation of the “Soil Ten Articles” will undoubtedly provide new opportunities for the remediation of contaminated sites left over from history. In the future, the government, as the main body to remediate contaminated sites left over from history, should further explore the modes of choice, planning, funding and public participation.
