以4年生酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”为试材,设置5个不同灌水量处理,研究了滴灌条件下不同灌水量对酿酒葡萄生长指标、光合指标、形态指标、品质以及产量的影响。结果表明:随着灌水量的增加,酿酒葡萄株高、新梢长、副梢数表现为增长趋势,灌水量5 250m3·hm~(-2)显著提高了净光合速率和水分有效利用率;同时,适当灌水有助于叶柄养分积累,改善品质,增加含糖量,对产量有一定的增产效果,当灌水量为6 000m3·hm~(-2)时,酿酒葡萄不会出现明显增产效应,并且对品质产生负效应。
Taking 4-year-old wine grape “Cabernet Sauvignon” as test material, five different irrigation volumes were set up to study the effects of different irrigation volume on growth index, photosynthetic index, morphological index, quality and yield of wine grape under drip irrigation. The results showed that with the increase of irrigation volume, the plant height, shoot length and shoot number of wine grape increased. The irrigation volume of 5 250 m 3 · hm -2 significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency. At the same time, proper irrigation can help petiole nutrient accumulation, improve quality, increase sugar content, and have a certain effect on yield increase. When the irrigation volume is 6 000 m 3 · hm -2, no significant increase in yield is observed , And have a negative effect on quality.
