目的:研究与分析依达拉奉对高血压脑出血脑氧代谢及脑血管血液动力学参数的影响。方法:以2013年3月至2014年3月间,我院收治的86例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机平均分为依达拉奉组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,依达拉奉组在对照组的常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉治疗,观察记录患者脑氧代谢的各项指标以及脑血管血液动力学参数,并对统计数据进行对比分析。结果:两组患者治疗后脑氧代谢的各项指标以及脑血管血液动力学参数均有明显改善,但依达拉奉组患者的脑氧代谢指标Sjv O2、Cjv O2、Pbt O2显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),而Dajv O2与CEO2显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);依达拉奉组患者的脑血管血液动力学参数Vmean与Qmean显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),而R、DR以及CP显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉能够有效改善高血压脑出血患者的脑氧代谢以及脑血管血液动力学参数。
Objective: To study and analyze the effect of edaravone on cerebral oxygen metabolism and cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: From March 2013 to March 2014, 86 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were randomly divided into edaravone group and control group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment. Edaravone group was treated with edaravone on the basis of routine treatment in the control group. The indexes of cerebral oxygen metabolism and cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters were observed and recorded. Statistical data Comparative analysis. Results: The indexes of cerebral oxygen metabolism and the parameters of cerebrovascular hemodynamics were significantly improved after treatment in both groups, but the cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes Sjv O2, Cjv O2 and Pbt O2 in edaravone group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while Dajv O2 and CEO2 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters Vmean and Qmean in the edaravone group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) ), While R, DR and CP were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone can effectively improve cerebral oxygen metabolism and cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
