近年来,部分媒体从业者或跳槽,或离职创业,职业选择更加多样化。对于一个逐渐职业化的行业来说,人才的流动与转型是正常的,也是符合大趋势的。在传统媒体发展的黄金期,轮岗制度、采编精英转做经营管理等,都曾经极大地促进了新闻人才队伍的发展和新闻事业的发展。但是,在媒体生态急剧变化的今天,媒体管理者需警惕人才流动变成过度的人才流失。
