目的:研究中日金星蕨抗炎作用及其作用机制。方法:观察中日金星蕨对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀炎症组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(T-NOS)含量的影响。结果:中日金星蕨乙醇提取物(400,800,1600mg.kg-1)对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系。与模型组比较,该提取物低、中、高剂量组能抑制大鼠足肿胀组织中PGE2的含量,抑制率分别为34.2%,57.9%和71.1%;减少大鼠足肿胀组织中MDA的含量,抑制率分别为14.8%,36.6%和65.5%;减少大鼠足肿胀组织中NO的含量,抑制率分别为21.7%,32.5%和40.3%;降低大鼠足肿胀组织中T-NOS的活性,抑制率分别为25.0%,56.7%和69.0%。结论:中日金星蕨抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀可能是通过抑制脂质过氧化物的形成和影响炎症介质的释放而实现的。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Venus fern from China and Japan. Methods: The effects of Venus fern on the expression of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (T- NOS) content of the impact. Results: Ethanol extract from Venus fern (400,800 and 1600 mg.kg-1) significantly inhibited carrageenan-induced rat paw swelling in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with the model group, the extract of low, medium and high dose group can inhibit the content of PGE2 in rat foot swollen tissue, the inhibition rates were 34.2%, 57.9% and 71.1%, respectively; reduce the content of MDA in foot swollen tissues of rats , And the inhibitory rates were 14.8%, 36.6% and 65.5%, respectively. The NO content in the rat paw edema was decreased by 21.7%, 32.5% and 40.3%, respectively. The activity of T-NOS in the rat paw edema was decreased The inhibition rates were 25.0%, 56.7% and 69.0% respectively. CONCLUSION: Inhibition of carrageenin-induced paw swelling by Venus fern in China and Japan may be achieved by inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxides and affecting the release of inflammatory mediators.
