The factors influencing the sintering strength of coated sand mold (core) were analyzed. Various measures to improve the sintering strength of SLS coated sand mold were discussed in detail. How to improve the strength of SLS parts and how to guarantee the forming speed and precision of the parts are discussed from the sintering way.
