文章主要分析了湖南煤炭行业队伍人多、整体素质低及专业技术人才总量少、素质较低、结构不合理、人才流失严重等与“两型社会”建设不相适应的现状。找出了煤炭职业院校的结构调整与培养人才的不适应性、煤炭企业对培养人才重视不够、行业吸引力不强、国家政策导向性力度不够是导致目前现状的主要原因。因此,要使湖南煤炭行业实现可持续发展,必须实施积极的政策引导,引入培训机制,营造良好的氛围留住人才。
This paper mainly analyzes the status quo that Hunan’s coal industry ranks with many people, low overall quality, less professional and technical personnel, low quality, unreasonable structure and serious loss of talents, which are incompatible with the construction of “two-oriented society”. The main reason that led to the current status quo is to find out the structural adjustment of coal vocational colleges and the incommensurability of cultivating talented people. The inadequate attention paid by the coal enterprises to the training of talents, the weak attraction of the industry and the insufficient guidance of the state policy are the reasons for the current status quo. Therefore, for Hunan coal industry to achieve sustainable development, we must implement active policy guidance, introduce training mechanism and create a good atmosphere to retain talents.
