我国中小企业由于自身存在的劣势导致在激烈的市场竞争中处于相对被动的地位,但是其拥有的一些特点又使得中小企业可以通过合理有效的战略选择提高市场占有率,从而在市场竞争中站稳脚跟。由此可见,合理有效的经营战略的选择对于中小企业的长远发展具有深远的意义。本文通过分析中小企业的特点为其提供了可选择的经营战略,并提出了在实施战略时需要注意的几点问题,为我国中小企业的生产经营管理提供了借鉴和参考。
Due to its own weakness, SMEs in China are in a relatively passive position in the fierce market competition, but some of the features they possess also enable SMEs to gain market share through reasonable and effective strategic choices and thus stand firm in market competition heel. This shows that the choice of a sound and effective business strategy has far-reaching significance for the long-term development of SMEs. This article provides an optional business strategy by analyzing the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some problems that need to be noticed when implementing the strategy, which provides reference and reference for the production and management of SMEs in China.
