新经济常态下新疆地勘单位改革求生存的压力越来越大,因历史延续及自身体制的原因,大部分新疆地勘单位原有工资管理模式已难以适应新环境下发展的需要;随着国家政策层面养老制度改革和事业单位分类改革的推行,使当下转变工资管理模式阻力减小、可行性增强;如何结合自身单位实际转变工资管理模式,充分与市场经济管理接轨,发挥好薪酬分配的激励作用,不断提高效率,是解决当前市场极度萎缩状况下,改革求生存、向管理要效益的一大途径。
