对多孔沥青混凝土的大空隙结构及其高温多雨的应用环境,指出常规的高温稳定性或水稳定性等指标的单一性,进而提出评价其在水-高温综合作用下的路用性能。借助汉堡浸水车辙仪,对相同原材料、不同级配的多孔沥青混凝土进行试验研究,并与AC-13改性沥青混凝土和SMA-13的试验结果进行分析对比。结果表明,汉堡浸水车辙试验既考虑了水-高温综合作用对混合料影响,又考虑了长期荷载作用下的性能衰变,能够更实际的评价多孔沥青混凝土的性能;材料级配设计合理的多孔沥青混凝土水-高温综合性能良好,浸水汉堡最终变形仅为3.89 mm,能够满足高温多雨环境下对路用性能要求;并且在原材料、空隙率相同的条件下,粗型骨架结构的多孔沥青混凝土水-高温稳定性能更佳。
Porous asphalt concrete large void structure and its high temperature and rainy application environment, pointed out the conventional high temperature stability or stability of water and other indicators of unity, and then put forward to evaluate its performance under water - high temperature road performance. With the Hamburg flooding rutting instrument, the same raw materials, different grades of porous asphalt concrete were studied and compared with the test results of AC-13 modified asphalt concrete and SMA-13. The results show that the test of immersion rides in Hamburg not only considers the effect of water-temperature combination on the mixture, but also takes into account the performance decay under long-term load, which can more effectively evaluate the performance of porous asphalt concrete. The water-high temperature comprehensive performance of concrete is good, and the final deformation of water immersed burger is only 3.89 mm, which can meet the road performance requirements under high temperature and rainy conditions; and under the same raw material and void ratio, the porous structure of coarse- High temperature stability better.
