合成了一种新的带羟基的螺环原碳酸酯,根据它与MDI或HDI的不同配比,制备了分子量不同的预聚物,其结构得到了核磁和红外数据的证实。用示差扫描量热仪和红外跟踪环氧树脂及其与预聚物混合后的固化反应过程。当用三氯化硼一邻苯二胺作固化剂时,存在两个固化反应放热峰;而用三氯化硼单乙胺作固化剂时,仅有一个反应放热峰。由固化反应曲线可知,预聚物的结构和组成、固化反应条件对固化反应是有影响的,而分子量影响不大。红外光谱研究证明,随着螺环原碳酸酯的加入量增加,环氧基因反应的转化率增加。对固化反应历程作了初步探讨。
A new hydroxyl-containing spirocyclic orthocarbonate was synthesized. According to its different ratio with MDI or HDI, prepolymers with different molecular weights were prepared and their structures were confirmed by NMR and IR. Differential scanning calorimetry and infrared tracking of epoxy resin and its curing reaction with the prepolymer. When using boron trichloride o-phenylenediamine as curing agent, there are two curing reaction exothermic peak; and boron trichloride monoethyl amine as curing agent, there is only one reaction exothermic peak. From the curing reaction curve shows that the structure and composition of the prepolymer, curing reaction conditions have an impact on the curing reaction, while the molecular weight has little effect. Infrared spectroscopy studies have shown that the conversion of epoxide gene reactions increases as the amount of spiroortho carbonate added. The curing reaction process made a preliminary discussion.
