舞钢公司第二轧钢厂整条生产线技术装备先进,自动化程度高,投产几年来设备运行比较稳定。为了保护精轧机主电机,在主电机与大接轴之间安装的是液压安全联轴器,超载时液压联轴器剪断销被剪断,液压油泄漏,主电机与大接轴脱开,从而保护主电机设备的安全。在2011年4月9日此液压安全联轴器在轧钢生产过程中突然开裂发生液压油泄漏,不能正常生产。如果把联轴器更换新的,抢修修时间会很长,会影响到当月产量的完成,领导决定在现场进行焊补修复。焊接质量的好坏直接影响抢修的成功与否。针对液压联轴器材质42CrMo进行焊接性分析,制定合理焊接工艺参数及切实可行的工艺措施,用于焊接并最终取得成功。
