白求恩医科大学基础部化学教研室在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所、吉林大学化学系、中国医学科学院药物研究所等单位的协作与支持下,从国产人参中分离出 R_o、R_(b1)、R_(b2)、R_(b3)、R_c、R_d、R_e、R_(g1)、R_(g2)和20-葡萄糖-R_f 等10种单体皂甙。经红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪,色谱-质谱联用仪、熔点测定仪、旋光仪等仪器测定其结构、光谱数据和主要的理化参数,结果表明,与日本明治药科大学柴田承二教授惠赠的人参皂甙标准品对照完全一致。该校所提取分离的人参单体皂甙又经四川中药研究所、黑龙江省医药工业研究所等单位用于对人
Under the collaboration and support of the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Department of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the Bethune Medical University’s Department of Chemistry has separated R_o, R_(b1), and R_ from domestic ginseng. B2), R_(b3), R_c, R_d, R_e, R_(g1), R_(g2), and 20-glucose-R_f are ten kinds of monomeric saponins. The structure, spectral data and main physicochemical parameters of the instrument were measured by infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus, chromatogram-mass spectrometer, melting point analyzer, polarimeter and other instruments. The results showed that it was a gift from Professor Shibata Chengji of Meiji Pharmaceutical University of Japan. The ginsenoside standard controls were identical. The ginseng monomer saponin extracted and separated by the school was also used by the Sichuan Institute of Chinese Medicine and the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry to
