目的探讨左房室瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣钙化与冠心病及冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选取2013年7月—2016年4月宿迁市沭阳县人民医院收治的疑诊冠心病拟行冠状动脉造影(CAG)和超声心动图检查者120例,根据CAG检查结果分为冠心病组86例和非冠心病组34例,比较两组受检者及不同冠状动脉病变支数、不同Gensini积分患者左房室瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣钙化检出率。结果冠心病组患者左房室瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣钙化检出率均高于非冠心病组(P<0.05)。双支和多支冠状动脉病变患者左房室瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣钙化检出率均高于单支冠状动脉病变患者(P<0.05)。高Gensini积分患者左房室瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣钙化检出率高于低Gensini积分患者(P<0.05)。结论左房室瓣环钙化和主动脉瓣钙化与冠心病及其病变严重程度相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between left atrioventricular valve calcification, aortic valve calcification and the severity of coronary artery disease and coronary artery disease. Methods From July 2013 to April 2016, 120 patients with suspected coronary artery disease undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) and echocardiography were enrolled in Shuyang People’s Hospital of Suqian City. According to the results of CAG, they were divided into coronary heart disease group Cases and non-coronary heart disease group of 34 patients, two groups of subjects and different coronary artery lesion count, different Gensini score patients with left atrial valve calcification, aortic valve calcification detection rate. Results Left atrioventricular valve calcification and aortic valve calcification in CHD patients were higher than those in non-CHD patients (P <0.05). Left atrioventricular valve calcification and aortic valve calcification in patients with double-branch and multiple coronary lesions were significantly higher than those in patients with single coronary artery disease (P <0.05). Left atrioventricular valve calcification and aortic valve calcification in patients with high Gensini score were higher than those with low Gensini score (P <0.05). Conclusions Left atrioventricular valve calcification and aortic valve calcification are associated with the severity of coronary heart disease and its pathology.
