P-糖蛋白(Pgp)已成为目前难治性癫痫耐药机制研究的靶点之一。随着对Pgp研究的深入,Pgp结构、功能及其过度表达与癫痫耐药机制逐渐被阐明,Pgp抑制剂的研究也为治愈难治性癫痫开拓了新的方向。该文就有关这方面的研究进展作一综述。
P-glycoprotein (Pgp) has become one of the current research targets of drug resistance mechanism of refractory epilepsy. With the further study of Pgp, the mechanism of Pgp structure, function, overexpression and epilepsy is gradually elucidated. The study of Pgp inhibitor also opens up a new direction for the treatment of refractory epilepsy. This article reviews the research progress in this area.
