近一段时间,上四年级的儿子常常向我炫耀他被老师表扬的事,看他那神采飞扬的样子,比我给他买一个梦寐以求的“溜溜球”还高兴。我问儿子:“是什么事老师表扬了你?”他说一次是他帮助同学扫地,另一次是拾到5角钱交给了班主任老师。听后,我非常钦佩儿子的老师不失时机地表扬和赏识学生的做法。同时,也引起我在教育教学中对赞赏学生这一课题的探究与思考。从青少年的需求和发展特点来
