目的分析臭冷杉Abies nephrolepis针叶挥发油中化学成分。方法利用GC-MS联用技术进行分离检测,通过直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法对重叠峰进行解析,并结合程序升温保留指数(PTRI)进行辅助定性分析,采用峰面积归一化法对各组分进行定量分析。结果共分辨出72个色谱峰,鉴定了其中63个组分,占臭冷杉挥发油化学成分总量的99.31%,其主要成分为醋酸龙脑酯、龙脑、α-红没药醇、柠檬烯等。结论 HELP法结合PTRI能够提高质谱定性的准确性,更全面、准确地反映臭冷杉针叶挥发油的化学成分。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Abies nephrolepis needle volatile oil. Methods The GC-MS technique was used to separate and detect the overlapping peaks. The overlapped peaks were analyzed by the intuitive evolution-derived projection (HELP) method, and combined with the program temperature-dependent retention index (PTRI) for qualitative analysis. Results A total of 72 chromatographic peaks were identified, of which 63 were identified, accounting for 99.31% of the total chemical constituents of the essential oil of Fusarium fir. The main constituents were borneol acetate, borneol, α-bisabolol and limonene . Conclusion The HELP method combined with PTRI can improve the accuracy of MS qualitative analysis and more fully and accurately reflect the chemical composition of volatile oil from fir needle.
