教师绩效评价是对教师的绩效所进行的综合性评定,它涉及教师工作的方方面面。中小学教师绩效评价在义务教育学校实施教师绩效工资制度后,再次引起热议。中小学教师绩效评价的目的是促进教师的全面发展。本文从为谁评、谁来评、评什么和怎么评四个方面,分析当下我国中小学教师的绩效评价。
