为推进矿山无废料开采,以金川矿业公司使用的全废料为基础,从理论上分析了全废料浆体中骨料的沉降规律,研究了全废料浆体输送安全可靠性及离析程度.使用“梁”理论,分析研究了使用全废料浆胶结充填情况下,顶板的稳定性问题.结果表明,全废料充填系统的充填能力:50.8m3/h≤Q≤70m3/h,能满足正常充填能力的输送要求;骨料沉降程度与层状充填体厚度比:S/H=0.31<0.32,不会发生离析而形成明显的结构弱面;保证采场顶板安全的最小顶板厚度为0.55m,目前情况下足以保证采场顶板的稳定性.
In order to promote the mining without waste, based on the full waste used by Jinchuan Mining Company, the settlement regularity of aggregate in the whole waste slurry was theoretically analyzed, and the safety, reliability and segregation of the whole waste slurry were studied.Using “Liang ” theory, the stability problem of the roof under the condition of using full waste cement cementation filling was analyzed.The results show that the filling capacity of the full waste filling system is 50.8m3 / h≤Q≤70m3 / h, which can satisfy the normal filling Capacity of the delivery requirements; the degree of aggregate settlement and the thickness of the layered filling body ratio: S / H = 0.31 <0.32, will not occur segregation and the formation of obvious structural weakness; to ensure that the safe roof roof minimum thickness of 0.55m, Under the current circumstances sufficient to ensure the stability of stope roof.
