我校地处粤东地区,这里居住着勤劳、智慧的潮汕人。老一辈凭借吃苦耐劳的品质和大浪淘沙的精神积累了一大笔财富,过着令人羡慕的生活。在教育教学过程中,我发现队员们的劳动意识薄弱,生活自理能力差,几乎家里所有事情都是由保姆完成。因此,如何培养队员的劳动意识是我校目前急需破解的难题。 Our school is located in the eastern part of Guangdong Province, where dwelling hard-working, intelligent Chaoshan people. The older generation has accumulated a great fortune and lived an enviable life with hard-working quality and the spirit of ebb and flow. In the process of education and teaching, I found that the team members’ awareness of labor is weak and their self-care ability is poor. Almost everything in the family is done by a nanny. Therefore, how to cultivate the staff’s awareness of labor is the key problem that our university needs to solve urgently.
