为满足航空装备维修训练手段创新的需求,设计了一种基于动作捕捉技术的航空装备虚拟维修训练系统。该系统由动作捕捉系统、虚拟人软件、场景及装备维修模型、立体投影以及数据手套等模块组成,具备航空维修流程、拆卸装配、故障分析与排除等虚拟训练功能。以某型飞机主机轮拆装任务的虚拟维修训练为例进行了应用分析,结果表明该系统能满足设计功能要求。
In order to meet the demand of aviation equipment maintenance training innovation, a virtual maintenance training system of aviation equipment based on motion capture technology was designed. The system consists of motion capture system, virtual human software, scene and equipment maintenance model, three-dimensional projection and data gloves and other modules, with the aviation maintenance process, disassembly and assembly, fault analysis and troubleshooting and other virtual training functions. An example is taken as an example to analyze the virtual maintenance training of disassembly and assembly of a certain type of aircraft. The results show that the system can meet the design requirements.
