以经喷雾转化、煅烧、低温还原碳化工艺制备出的纳米晶WC-6%Co复合粉末为原料,不添加晶粒长大抑制剂,经湿磨、成形和压力烧结工艺,成功制备出WC晶粒度在400nm左右的超细晶WC-Co硬质合金,并与传统工艺制备的合金进行性能对比。结果表明:复合粉末制备的合金中WC晶粒大小、组元分布更加均匀,晶粒无异常长大现象,强度和硬度均高于传统工艺制备的合金。
WC nanocrystalline WC-6% Co composite powder prepared by spray conversion, calcination and low temperature reduction and carbonization process was used as raw material, WC crystal was successfully prepared by wet grinding, forming and pressure sintering without adding grain growth inhibitor The grain size of about 400nm ultrafine grained WC-Co cemented carbide, and compared with the performance of conventional alloys prepared. The results show that the WC grain size, the component distribution of WC are more uniform and the grains grow abnormally. The strength and hardness of WC are higher than that of the alloy prepared by the traditional process.
